Terms of Use
These terms apply when you access Clash Picks, read its documentation or use its download links. Review the terms before proceeding; if you do not agree, stop using the relevant features. These terms do not replace individual software licenses or third-party service terms.
1. Website Purpose and Content
Clash Picks curates download links for Clash ecosystem clients, subscription import instructions, configuration guides and troubleshooting resources for educational purposes only. This is an independent resource site. Listing a project does not make the site its developer, official representative or service provider.
Guides are based on specific client interfaces and configuration syntax. Software updates, operating system differences and changes in network conditions may make some steps outdated. If an interface or setting differs, follow the current software documentation and do not overwrite an active configuration without checking it. Clash Picks does not sell proxy nodes or subscriptions. Providing client download links does not provide network connectivity.
2. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you live and where you use the software, as well as the rules governing any network you access. Do not use this site or related software for unlawful activities, including unauthorized system access, data theft, violations of others’ rights or disruption of network operations. Technical information does not authorize any particular use.
Before configuring a proxy, opening ports or enabling LAN access on a device managed by an employer, school or another organization, obtain any required permission. Confirm that you are authorized to make changes. Keep subscription links and controller credentials secure, and do not share configurations or logs containing personal information with untrusted parties. Back up your existing configuration and note how to restore it before changing network settings.
3. Third-Party Software and Disclaimers
Related software is provided by its open-source projects and maintainers. Refer to each project’s release notes for features, license terms and maintenance status. Download links and external links do not mean Clash Picks guarantees ongoing maintenance, service quality or compatibility with specific devices. Users should address the validity, fees and disputes relating to third-party subscriptions with the relevant service provider.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Clash Picks makes no guarantees that content will always be accurate, links will remain available or software will suit a particular purpose. The site is not liable for connection interruptions, lost configurations, data loss or other indirect damages resulting from the use of its content or software. Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law remains subject to applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property and License Terms
The rights to each open-source project’s code, name, logo and accompanying materials belong to their respective owners. Copying, modifying, distributing or using software commercially is subject to its license. Open source does not waive requirements such as attribution, retaining license notices or providing source code. Consult the license included with each software package for specific terms.
Original guides and page layouts on this site are protected by applicable law. When quoting them, credit the source and preserve the necessary context; do not present independently compiled guides as official project documentation. Quoting third-party materials does not change their ownership, and reproducing site content does not automatically grant permission to use third-party materials included in it.
5. Updates and Questions
Clash Picks may revise these terms to reflect content changes, developments in the software ecosystem or applicable requirements. Revisions will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed accordingly. Updated terms apply to use from the date of publication and do not remove rights protected by law.
If instructions do not match your current client, check the FAQ or compare the steps with the configuration guide before making further changes. When submitting a question, remove subscription URLs, personal identifiers and other sensitive information. See the disclaimer for related risks.
